However, he is aware that there are an increasing amount of agents
in the local marketplace, all looking to gain attention. With all
the choice, how is the consumer going to choose? The fact is consumers
chose the agent with the strongest brand presence. Bill needed a consistent
presence across all media, and wanted to create a unique persona that
had warmth and charm. |

internet has become the main tool to aid consumers in the search of
a new home, or an agent to help them sell their own. Bill had a basic
cookie-cutter template web site that offered no real benefit to his
marketing efforts, it didn't even tie in visually with his ads, and
was not the easiest site to manage and update. Moverover, it was not
offering any real differentiation to the consumer over anyone elses
site, because it lacked real brand recognition and persona. |

ads and business cards. To help Bill's name recognition, we created
a unique and distinctive logo, and created a colour palette that is
the foundation for every piece of marketing activity. The web site
we created uses our proprietory update management software, PixelRealtor,
and not only does it look distinctive and carry his unique brand persona,
but has the functionality to allow a new listing to be added or amended
in minutes. |
