for the busy realtor on the move. You can even make updates and edits remotely
from a web-enabled cell-phone, or wireless PDA device!

| 1. Log-in to your password-protected update management tools.
Simply type in name and password. |
2. Select to update either your listings, information about
yourself, or your resource links. One click. |

| 3. After selecting to update your listings, you will see
your current properties as they appear on your web site. Simply click on
New Listing, or Edit to amend an existing listing. |
4. A single screen appears with fields to type in key listing
details, and check boxes with drop-down menus to select property features
and illustrative icons. Simply type in details and check appropriate info
boxes. |

| 5. Scrolling down the screen, there is an area for placing
photos from your harddrive to illustrate a listing. The picture is automatically
scaled and resized to the various sizes it will appear on your site.
Simply click to load a picture. |
6. When all pertinent info has been selected/added, just
click to instantly upload to your site. Before you log-out you can view
a preview of the listing. The whole process takes a couple of minutes from
start to finish! Simply click Update, and your new listing is live online!
